1. Print an application form and the terms and conditions
2. Read, understand and accept the Standing Order customer terms and conditions.
3. Complete and sign the application form and send it to us with a current passport or UK Photo Drivers License along with a recent bank statement to confirm your current/permanent UK address (see terms and conditions 2.1.4 and 2.1.5).
4. Identification you send in needs to be certified** by a suitable professional person such as a Doctor/an Accountant/Bank Official (see terms and conditions 2.1.5).
5. Once your application has been successful you will be notified of how to set up a standing order with your bank/building society.

** Certified copy means that a professional person such as a Doctor or an Accountant must confirm that they have seen a true copy of the original identification.
