QuickPay
Quick Pay is a bill-paying service that allows you to send payments to companies; it is an instant person-to-business money transfer service.
You may use this service to send payments only to companies that have subscribed to Western Union. The relevant company will inform their customers of the option to pay through the Quick Pay money transfer. As soon as you make a payment to the relevant company, it is in receipt of the money within minutes.
The maximum amount that can be sent on an individual Quick Pay transfer is US $5000 (approximately £3000*).
To process a Quick Pay transaction you will need to know the following information:
• The Company Name
• The Company Code or “Locale” (CodeCity in the USA)
• Your account number
Please note that it is not possible to continue with a Quick Pay transaction without this information. The company to whom you are paying the bill will supply this information to you.
