Save money and time with our Standing Order Service

If you transfer money regularly to the same person, try our standing order service.

It will make your life easier by automatically sending your money at the intervals you choose.

Standing order benefits:

  • •  You won’t need to visit an agent or call us to complete your transfers
  • •  You can choose how regularly your money is transferred
  • •  You can change the amount you want to send through a simple phone call followed up by written confirmation.

How to apply by post:

  1. Print an application form and the terms and conditions
  2. Read, understand and accept the Standing Order customer terms and conditions.
  3. Complete and sign the application form and send it to us with a current passport or UK Photo Drivers License along with a recent bank statement to confirm your current/permanent UK address (see terms and conditions 2.1.4 and 2.1.5).
  4. Once your application has been successful you will be notified of how to set up a standing order with your bank/building society.

How to apply online

  2. Fill in the application form and 'save as' to your own files. If you need help with the application form you can call our customer service team on 0845 603 1199.
  3. Send the saved file by email to:wursloncrc@westernunion.com - write 'Standing Order Application' in the subject line.
